No upfront fees are required for the Bronze or Silver No Sale, No Fee packages. Optional add-ons are available but only charged once agreed.
You get a full property listing on major portals, expert sales progression, a dedicated property expert, and more. You conduct the viewings, we handle everything else.

Bronze Package – Self-hosted viewings: You conduct the viewings yourself, while we handle the marketing, enquiries, negotiation, and sales progression.

Silver Package – Professional media, you host viewings: We arrange professional photography and a floor plan. You still conduct the viewings, and we manage everything else.

Gold Package – Fully managed, bespoke service: We take care of everything, including accompanied viewings, premium marketing, negotiation, and dedicated account management – tailored to suit your needs.

Photography and floor plans are included in the Silver and Gold packages. Bronze users can add them for £149.
Yes, we can arrange an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) for £79 (up to 4 bedrooms).
Yes. You can switch or upgrade packages at any time. Just speak to your account manager.
AML refers to a set of laws and procedures aimed at preventing criminals from disguising illegally obtained funds as legitimate income. In estate agency, buying or selling property can be used to launder money, so we are legally required to carry out AML checks on clients.
Yes, accompanied viewings can be added for £499 (includes up to 10 viewings).
Yes. A professionally printed board is available for £99 or included in Silver and Gold packages.
Yes, a standard agency agreement is required, clearly stating all terms. There are no hidden clauses.
Our standard agreement is 18 weeks with flexibility depending on the package selected.
If you find a buyer directly, just let us know. Fees may still apply depending on the service agreement terms.
